It is about the second half of life's journey.  It is about celebrating what God has done in your life.  It is about acknowledging the gifts with which God has blessed you. It is a time to learn how to relax and how to contemplate. What happens at the workshop? Each person is led into a process of discovery of the 'self within' that needs to emerge in the second half of life.  The process is personal, non threatening, exciting and effective.   Cost: £70 Sister Sheila Burke Sheila was trained to facilitate this workshop by it's authors Sister Janice Brewi and Sister Anne Brennan CSJ in New Jersey in 1996. May 19-25 'Already Within'   6-day silent preached retreat Discovering our inner beauty. Retreat giver is Fr Daniel J O'Leary. Arrive from 3.0pm on 19th.  Retreat ends after dinner on 25th. Cost: £275   Fr Daniel O'Leary MA, (UK) MA, (CA). Fr Daniel is a priest and a teacher.  He was Chair of the Religious Studies department in St Marys University College, London before being appointed Episcopal Vicar for Christian formation in the diocese of Leed, Yorkshire.  He currently gives conferences and retreats in England and Ireland.  Fr Daniel has written many books. 'Already Within' is his most recent.   August 7-14 Individually Guided Retreat 6-day silent retreat Celebration of the Eucharist each day, Celebrant Fr Richard Sloan. Arrive from 3.0pm on 7th Retreat ends after breakfast on 14th. Cost: £280 Anne Alcock B.Ed MA, (Theology) Anne has been involved in retreat work and individual accompaniament for over 15 years.  She is the author of 'Word into Heart' and 'Woman in search of Wholeness'. There will be opportunity to walk the Pembrokeshire coastal path which is very beautiful at all events.
