What is the workshop about?
- It is about the second half of life's journey.
- It is about celebrating what God has done in your life.
- It is about acknowledging the gifts with which God has blessed you.
- It is a time to learn how to relax and how to contemplate.
What happens at the workshop?
- Each person is led into a process of discovery of the 'self within' that needs to emerge in the second half of life.
- The process is personal, non threatening, exciting and effective.
Arrivals from 3.0pm on the 16th leaving after breakfast on 22nd.

Sheila was trained to facilitate this workshop by it's authors Sister Janice Brewi and Sister Anne Brennan CSJ in New Jersey in 1996.

Rev Paul Hunt & Brenda Lealman
Rev Paul Hunt is a retired Anglican priest who worked in Iran for many years and also worked with the Church Mission Society. He has participated in a number of CARM retreats and has a love of poetry and creative writing.
Brenda has published work on spirituality, the arts and education. She finds inspiration in wild, particularly Northern, landscapes. She is retired and lives on the North Yorkshire Moors.
